On the 21.11.2018 the online magazine Thomas Daily reports “Leipzig: Argo plans 54,000 sqm GFA on Krystallpalast site“ as the owner ARGO Capital Partners intends to create the new building “Quartier Krystallpalast“ together with project developer ORKA Development. The plans for are “​based on a master plan by Grunwald & Grunwald drafted in 2015 and the results of an architecture workshop with five firms“.
